Here are our top 3 minute, 3 ingredient recipes for those summery, energy-boosting feels: 

01 | Strawberry Watermelon Hydrator

  • 8 cups frozen cubed watermelon
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup lime juice

Place and blend watermelon in the blender, add strawberries and lime juice, blend, then serve right away.

02 | Cherry Coconut Antioxidant Booster

  • 2 cups frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Add ingredients to blender, blend until smooth, and serve 2 servings right away. 

03 | Pineapple Mint Cleanser

  • 3 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Add ingredients to blender, blend until smooth, if needed add water for serving.
