What do you look for in brand affiliates?
We’re a community of passionate, sustainably-minded, active folks.  Our affiliates are excited to earn some extra cash simply by referring our styles to their audiences, friends, and loved ones.  Some of our affiliates have large online social/blog presences, and others are simply naturally connective people who are motivated to share good products.  We don’t care how many followers you have.  Only that you are genuinely interested in contributing as a partner to our mission—not simply looking to score free deals. 

Can I earn discounts or products?
We currently offer up to 30% discounts to engaged affiliates who have a demonstrated track record of at least 3 qualified sales.  We are also willing to explore discounts in exchange for content creation.  This exchange is on a case-by-case basis.  Email us at support@solvae.co with the subject line “Brand Affiliate Content Proposal”.  We’ll look forward to checking-out your creativity and fun ideas!

How long is the cookie lookback window?
We currently offer a 45-day cookie life—fifteen days more than the industry standard.  This means from link click to close of sale, if your referral purchases within 45 days (without clicking someone else's link), you're the affiliate of record. 

How do you track conversions?  
Conversions are tracked through your unique affiliate link provided by our affiliate tracking software, UpPromote.

Do you have supportive resources? 
Absolutely!  Inside the affiliate dashboard, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated media library with a quick brand guide, images, and helpful links.  We’re also here to support you personally.  You can email us at support@solvae.co at any time.  We’ll do our best to make things as easy as possible for you.  Our affiliates are members of our team.  

What is the commission payout?  How are commissions transferred? 
Our house commission is currently 10% for your referrals.  Commissions are paid out via Paypal from within your affiliate dashboard.  As we grow, we look forward to offering a tiered commission structure.
